That's an extremely valid question. I know that 'bad things happen in the world', but it doesn't touch my sets. This all started when I tried researching a safe studio for whoever would play Pipsiveya in Rough Storybook, because I 'heard things happen', and soon found that was something I could not guarantee.
And I need to.
Pragmatically, studio side, this means none of those sideswiping and otherwise random 'allegations' which suddenly and absolutely will tank that tale.
Franchise gone. Fantastic Beasts.
Where we also learned the bots don't speak for the masses. I need it not coming up at all, that's what we all want. To guarantee that, we need a safe set I can put my name on. Hopefully that catches on. That's why the characters are all women in Blacklist Tales.
Like refugees to a set they could finally trust. That's what I need. Hollywood leans left, and the left are now addressing any other matters of concern on their own, regardless of whatever may or may not have happened here.
And we all get back to making movies.
Their problem was, by they I mean they, that it all got too big. Too hard to hide, too much control and money moving where, too many secrets to be hidden, ever growing exponentially.
It fell because it had to, it was inevitable.
If it hadn't been me it would have been something else if not just a sudden crumbling decay. Hollywood's Great Depression. Some will argue we're there.
So lessons learned and rise from the ashes, it's not the first time we've survived psychotic megalomaniacs who might eat you and it won't be the last. But we have learned what happens when they have too much control.
They just kinda all over.
And it all falls apart, back into what it was supposed to be. Entertaining.
