5   Regional Troop Withdrawal: Withdrawal of U.S. forces from all regional bases.
6   End Regional Strikes: Ending Israeli strikes in Lebanon and against other Iranian allies.
7   Reconstruction Fees: Imposing a $2 million fee per ship transiting the Strait of Hormuz.
8   Fee Sharing: Splitting the transit fees with Oman.
9   Reconstruction Funding: Using the transit fees for rebuilding infrastructure destroyed during the conflict.
10 Safe Passage Protocols: Establishing protocols for secure, orderly passage through the Strait.

So basically we surrendered and gave them everything they wanted.  No mention of nukes.  These were their demands.  Note what the ten points actually are is rarely printed in any article, Iran (and Russia) are framing it as 'a historic victory', over the United States and Israel.  Well ... 

I guess all I can say is peace is good.  

But it's a frail one.

I can only assume Mr Trump feared having his international assets frozen as a war criminal and tapped out.
