As for these 'offending franchises' ... yes the death knell.  In the fucking dirt.  But firing these individuals involved does not alleviate the company's debt, in the one case a liability which came with the purchase.

These titles will go nowhere until that debt is paid.

Firing obvious fools should have been five years ago before said debt was so continually, and painfully, accrued.  Then perhaps it would mean something but until these companies who were so complicit have covered the cost of said fools, I have no reason to believe their ways their way have changed.

This all began as revenge for my speaking out against rapists and pedophiles.  Until that book is truly closed via payment or these miscreant thefts, firing unprofitable fools is all that has happened here.  As opposed to correcting the overall issue.

But what it does mean is that these offending individuals can be sued or have charges pressed against them without the company umbrella to protect them, so the original deal of five years ago stands again.

Gig with producer credit and pay, one per company which allowed this to go on so pathetically.  And it was pathetic.  And it will continue to be pathetic, until this deal is reached.  You've seen me wipe them all out.

All of them.  Impossibly.  Continually.  Against all odds and against the world.  Just as I said it would be when we started so when I say this, I think you know now that I'm a man of my word.  

Reparations for these thefts is just and legally mandated, and for these companies a pittance while your people were reliant on their belief at the time that I had no recourse against such 'mighty corporations'.  

We see now that assumption was false.

Please pay what owe and you know that you do.  Then and only then, do we talk about 'NDAs' and the 'future of these franchises'.  Until you do there is none.
