86 means to kick someone out, like at a bar, it doesn't mean to kill and never has except rarely in an online game with noobs.  But even there it usually means to kick someone off the server, usually for cheating.

Understand I have mixed opinions about Comey, or any agency head who's covered Epstein's crimes, some to cover for relevant politicos and corporate heads, all under the guise of his usefulness in getting information on any of the above as required, or on unrelated crimes in the network.

I would assume this was useful to Epstein to see his enemies or that of the agencies or nation with which he was associated, prosecuted, bleeding out what information was useful to that end.

Nonetheless it clearly wasn't worth the cost our nation still pays in war and blood on behalf said other associations.

He, Epstein, had his place in a system of control, while Mr Comey was another in a long chain of predecessors who wanted their thumb in that pie.

No it probably wasn't the wisest photo to take on a nice day at the beach, but to interpret the phrase beyond its meaning is reactionary.

It shows a lack of calm, and can only make the people more suspicious.  If you'd like to make real use of the situation, to lash out at an enemy, the best way would be to reveal exactly that.  The FBI's involvement with these networks, for what reasons.

This will exonerate your own appointee, allow you to pursue 'the Epstein scenario' without yourself being pursued, and I say this because it would give me what I want, which is to end such associations.  To make them, the FBI, feel a bit less untouchable when considering such associations.

Win win win for everyone all around, you me and the people alike.  But the 86 case won't stick, that's not what it means.
